Day 3 and our last day of the retreat! We again had project workshops and a midnight crop for those who wanted to stay. The day started out with BoBunny, Amy Tangerine, Bella Blvd, Crate Paper and our very own Simple Stories. The Design Team took a dinner break to Mimi's Cafe and had great conversations and dinner! Then we had an opportunity to go to a wonderful cupcake shop called Sweet Tooth Fairy. We were in heaven. Everyone grab some goodies to either take home or nibble on. After dinner we assembled back to the conference center for more goodies and prizes at the midnight crop. Some left early so we had to say our goodbyes and other's stayed until the very end to take in every minute! Such a fun three days with fabulous ladies (and Kevin)! Until next time :)

i {heart} memories scrapbook retreat - Day 1
What a great registration/orientation with all these fabulous ladies. We all received t-shirts, bags, and lanyards. We spent the afternoon in Creative Studio Scrapbook Event. The attendees made a Simple Stories Snap Album. All the ladies were given time to complete the album before the weekend was done. We then took a dinner break and then the 1st of three midnight crop.

Something Old, Something New, Something Borrowed, Something Blue....
The MemoryWorks Design Team has Hi-Jacked the MemoryWorks Blog (http://www.memoryworksblog.blogspot.com) for our Team Leader Lacey Igo. She is getting married so we thought what better way to congratulate her than to share some Wedding ideas with her. Congrats to Lacey and Matt ... You are going to love what these Talented Ladies have in store for you!
UPDATE: Here is my "Something New" - A pillow box as a favor for everyone to take home. This is a great project that can be used for more than a wedding!
The frame could be for "Something New" or "Something Blue". The bride could put a honeymoon picture in it or save it for 1st anniversary or perhaps a photo with her Bride's Maids. So many possibilities!
And finally a special card for Lacey and Matt to wish them well. I used heart punches and glimmer mist with chalk ink and pearls. The ribbon and twine were from my stash. The Mr. & Mrs. label were cut from my Cricut!
